What You'll Do:Apply fiberglass, resin, and composite materials to molds and boat components
Operate chop guns, rollers, and hand tools to ensure proper lamination and bonding
Remove air bubbles and imperfections to ensure structural integrity and superior quality
Mix and apply resins, catalysts, and gel coats according to specifications
Inspect completed products for quality, thickness, and compliance with standards
Safely handle materials and follow all PPE and safety requirements
Work with a team dedicated to producing the highest-quality boats in the industry
What We're Looking For:Previous fiberglass, lamination, composite, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing setting
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
