What you'll be doing:
* Performing skilled work installing, adding-on, or replacing HVAC systems on residential homes.
* Teaching and instructing any install helpers during work hours, while on job sites or working around shop areas.
* Effectively communicating operation instructions to homeowners.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of progressively responsible residential HVAC installation/technical experience is required
* EPA Certification Required
* Valid driver's license
