Holland Pump Company is seeking a skilled Mechanic to service, diagnose, and repair pumps, engines, and related automotive and mechanical equipment used in dewatering applications. In this hands-on Automotive department role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and field repairs to keep rental and customer equipment operating safely and reliably for construction, municipal, and industrial clients. You'll interpret work orders, maintain accurate service records, and support rapid-response field service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, engines, trailers, and related mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on rental and customer equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues in the shop and in the field.
- Prepare and interpret work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate service records.
- Support field service calls, including emergency and rapid-response repairs at customer sites.
- Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with service, rental, and operations teams to prioritize and complete work efficiently.
- Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools to perform high-quality, reliable repairs.
- Assist with equipment setup, testing, and commissioning for dewatering applications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and company vehicles.
