As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for developing strategic, thought‑provoking, dynamic, and creative designs on a daily basis.

• Ability to take your ideas from concept to design to final execution
• Design a broad range of assets, with a focus on digital, social, and paid media design (IG and FB posts, digital ads, email marketing, etc)
• Work on website design with Creative & UX/UI Director
• Collaborate with Creative Director & other designers to bring ideas to life via creative and intelligent design
• Regularly communicate with the development team
• Work closely with our Content, Marketing, and Media teams to ensure we achieve our clients’ goals
• Mentor junior designers within the team
• Utilize knowledge of typography, photography, color, etc.
• Maintain a positive attitude while producing a high volume of work

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, agency experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or the equivalent
• 1-2 years experience mentoring junior designers
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom a plus)
• Strong understanding of different design mediums (in particular: social media design, email design, and UX/UI design)
• Portfolio that displays a wide range of skills
• Smart problem solver who works well with art direction
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
• Knowledge of video‑editing and GIF creation a plus
• Knowledge of animation (Adobe After Effects) a huge plus
• Knowledge of photography, particularly retouching experience, a plus
• Knowledge of working with developers a huge plus
