Graphic & Packaging Designer (Korean Bilingual Preferred)

Pac Sense Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of packaging development, structural design, manufacturing, and print production within the food industry.

As a company specializing in packaging solutions, R&D, innovation, and manufacturing, this position goes beyond traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate will support packaging projects from concept through final production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure structural feasibility, production accuracy, and overall quality assurance.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical packaging knowledge, problem-solving skills, and hands‑on production experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Head of Creative Team
  • Concept, design, and develop innovative food packaging solutions from initial sketches through production‑ready artwork
  • Manage day‑to‑day graphic and packaging design projects across multiple brands and product categories
  • Review and inspect artwork proofs, print proofs, pre‑production samples, and final production samples to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Prepare and organize production‑ready files with strict attention to detail and print specifications
  • Maintain consistency across established brand guidelines and visual systems
  • Organize and manage creative assets, including design files, templates, fonts, icons, imagery, tutorials, and archives
  • Establish and maintain clear file naming conventions and asset management systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, buyers, production vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure design feasibility, production accuracy, and quality assurance throughout the development process.
  • Support broader brand and corporate creative objectives through thoughtful and effective design execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–5 years of experience in graphic design, print production, packaging design, or a related creative field within food packaging
  • Strong understanding of packaging production processes, print preparation, and production workflows
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking
  • Curious and open to exploring emerging tools, technologies, AI, and new ways of working to enhance the creative process
  • Strong visual, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Open to feedback with the ability to iterate quickly and effectively
  • Self‑motivated and action‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Software & Technical Skills
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • In Design
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
