Food & Beverage Manager

Delphina Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for its properties in North Sardinia. The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader responsible for all food and beverage services in the resort. They should have at least three years of experience in the same role in 4/5 star establishments. Their main goal is to ensure high quality standards, maximize profits, and control costs through a comprehensive vision that combines leadership and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the budget and monitoring KPIs, with a focus on food & beverage cost, cost planning, and margin optimization in collaboration with the management
• Supervising service standards and overseeing the entire purchasing cycle (orders, quality control, and monthly inventories)
• Collaborating with the chef to define menus, ensuring excellence in presentation and compliance with HACCP regulations and workplace safety
• Coordinating, selecting, and training the team (dining room, bar, kitchen), planning shifts, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Managing guest relations, monitoring feedback and reviews, and promptly resolving complaints to ensure memorable experiences

Requirements:

• Diploma, Master's degree, or specific courses in F&B Management
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and industry management software
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills in multicultural settings
