job description: district leader
summary/objective: the beaming district leader is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple health and wellness / food and beverage locations within a district. This position ensures that all locations under their supervision achieve operational efficiency, meet financial targets, and maintain high standards of guest service. The district leader is also responsible for coaching and mentoring store managers, implementing company policies, and driving growth in their assigned district.
the district leader is a key leadership role that ensures each location operates in alignment with company standards, meets sales and profitability goals, and delivers consistent and excellent guest experience. The position is also responsible for team member development, cost control, and operational oversight. The district leader collaborates with store leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive results, improve processes, and support the overall success of the company's food and beverage operations.

operational management:
- oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple stores within the district, ensuring all locations follow company policies and maintain operational consistency.
- conduct regular visits to stores to evaluate performance, address operational challenges, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- ensure that all locations comply with health, safety, and food handling regulations, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
- identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality across locations.
financial performance:
- monitor the financial performance of each store within the district, analyzing profit and loss (p&l) statements, sales reports, and labor costs.
- collaborate with managers to develop and execute plans to achieve or exceed financial targets, including revenue, cost control, and profitability.
- implement strategies to reduce expenses, manage inventory levels, and optimize labor costs while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- review and adjust budgets, forecasts, and financial goals to align objectives.
leadership and team development:
- lead, coach, and mentor store leaders in the district, providing guidance to improve their management skills and overall restaurant performance.
- work closely with managers to build high‑performing teams, ensuring proper staffing levels and team member retention.
- provide leadership training and development opportunities for store leaders and staff, focusing on building leadership paths within the district.
- conduct regular performance reviews and goal‑setting meetings with restaurant managers, offering feedback and creating development plans.
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and team member engagement across all locations.
