Principal Maximo Integration M&A Cutover Lead

Lead the end-to-end architecture, integration, migration, and cutover of IBM Maximo as part of an M&A separation program. Own the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), including APIs, Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, and Object Structures, while overseeing integrations with ERP, PLM, middleware, manufacturing, and other enterprise systems. Drive data mapping, migration, reconciliation, mock cutovers, production deployment, and hypercare support. Resolve complex integration and performance issues, manage defect triage, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance in GxP/FDA environments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMO, vendors, and technical teams to deliver critical milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure operational readiness. Provide technical leadership, executive status reporting, and governance to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption during the M&A program.

A senior architect or technical leader with 15+ years of enterprise integration experience, significant IBM Maximo expertise, and proven success leading large-scale migration and cutover programs, particularly in life sciences or regulated industries. The individual should be comfortable managing both deep technical architecture and executive-level program oversight.
