Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Store Manager Location: Edgewater, NJ Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (5d/w Shift schedule)

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily store operations, guiding staff performance, managing workflow, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Open and close the store while maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Manage store staff: assign duties, create schedules, and provide training and support.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate internally to ensure product availability.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture aligned with the company's core values.
• Ensure a seamless and consistently excellent customer service experience.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and in‑store displays.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports; participate in management meetings.
• Address and resolve customer issues, including complaints and return requests.
• Assist with HR‑related tasks such as vacation tracking and payroll support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Executive.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese at a fluent/business level.
• Minimum of 3 years of Retail Store Management/Lead experience required.
• Basic – Intermediate MS Office skills required.
