About Our Nurse Residency Transition Program

St. Elizabeth Healthcare welcomes all Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience to apply to our Nurse Residency Transition Program (NRTP). The NRTP was established to assist newly graduated nurses to transition from a student nurse to a professional nurse. As a resident, you will experience education, support, and follow‑up during the first year of employment. The program consists of both didactic instruction and simulation and is designed to improve confidence, competence, critical thinking, prioritization, time management, communication, and leadership skills.

Our NCLEX Review Courses
  • Paid NCLEX review sessions with our experienced RN Educators.
  • Free subscription to UWorld.
  • Reimbursement for NCLEX exam fee once successfully passed.
Compensation
  • Shift differentials $4.00 per hour.
  • Earn up to a $12,000 bonus for night shift opportunities.
  • 403(b) match plus a generous employer contribution – up to a 6% match.
