The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee Pro standards, customer service, and operational processes, partnering with the Pro team to drive sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups while ensuring a fast, accurate customer experience.
You will coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service, perform MOD duties per SOPs, and collaborate with Store Leaders to implement Pro strategies.
