Job Description

Domino's Pizza drivers are paid cash nightly, which includes tips and mileage reimbursement. The Driver position is an excellent starting point for learning about the delivery business, customer service, and product creation. We are committed to promoting from within; most of our managers started as drivers.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or above in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking:
For short distances for short durations.

Sitting:
Paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries handled using hand truck, up to 50 pounds.

Carrying:
Includes large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb per tray).

Pushing:
Trays on dollies (~24-30) requiring force up to 7.5 lb.

Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.
