Responsibilities
The certified MOT Manager’s sole responsibility will be the maintenance of traffic on the project. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation, operation, maintenance and service of traffic control devices, hazard identification, and crew training. Also required is the daily maintenance log to record maintenance of traffic activities. He/she shall also serve as a liaison with the Owner concerning the Contractor’s maintenance of traffic.
- Develop a traffic control plan.
- Install and remove traffic control devices per the traffic control plan.
- Delegate assignments to flaggers and monitor their performance.
- Monitor inventory, quality control of current inventory, and provide proper amount for each project.
- Complete daily MOT reports.
- Administer periodic inspections of traffic control devices and provide corrective action as needed.
Hourly Range: $25.00 - $27.00, based on experience.

Experience & Education/Certificate:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- HS diploma/GED required
- ATSSA Certification/SHA Traffic Manager Certification required
- Highway experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Must possess working knowledge of traffic control devices
- Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
