Kalman & Company is looking for a Construction Cost Estimator based in Edgewood, MD. This position is primarily responsible for estimating construction projects, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring subcontractor coverage for bids.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, professional certification in MD, and at least 3 years of experience in the estimating field. The job requires knowledge of federal procurement processes and strong analytical skills.
