High Quality Camera Operator – Edgewood, MD

NLV is a sports video production company that films elite tournaments and showcases nationwide. We provide industry‑leading game footage and recruiting highlight reels to help young athletes get recruited to college sports teams.

We are looking for hard‑working and reliable individuals interested in part‑time weekend work. No experience is required; we provide training and all equipment needed.

Note:
This role requires standing all day, working outdoors in varying weather, and being comfortable with heights. Candidates uncomfortable with these conditions should reconsider.

Requirements:

• 18 or older
• Reliable, dependable, and hard‑working
• Willing to film on scaffolding/podiums (5ft–10ft in the air)
• Have reliable transportation to and from events
• Available for full days (as early as sunrise, as late as sunset)
• Able to take direction and pick up instructions quickly

This job is best suited for:

• People with a flexible schedule
• Those in good physical condition as it requires being outside in the elements on your feet for several hours at a time
• Background in sports, video production, or ideally both (training provided)
• Good problem solvers who can think on their feet
