We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community inclusion. DSPs provide person-centered assistance in home and community settings while promoting dignity, choice, safety, and respect. • Provide direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance as needed
• Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP)
• Promote community engagement through recreational, social, educational, and volunteer activities
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and independent living skills
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times
• Accurately document services provided, progress toward goals, and incident reports as required
• Report to the program manager
• Follow agency policies, DDA guidelines, and COMAR regulations

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Transportation is required for this position)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
