Are you a driven outside sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships? Do you want a stable base income plus commission with real earning potential?

Window Rama is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to represent our premium window and door solutions in the field.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where your income is directly tied to your performance.

$50,000–$65,000 annual draw (guaranteed base)

Commission on all closed sales

Cell phone reimbursement

Paid training

Top performers can significantly exceed the base through commission earnings.

Meet with homeowners for on-site consultations

Identify customer needs and recommend window/door solutions

Prepare and present quotes

Close sales and manage the process through installation

Build referral and self-generated business within your territory

Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity

Required:

2+ years of sales experience

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs- samples

Preferred:

Outside sales experience

Home improvement or construction sales background

Experience working on commission-based compensation
