- Maintain the accuracy of subledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, debt statements, credit accounts.
- Prepare cash disbursements and maintain vendor accounts.
- Purchasing and assist with customer collections.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Organize and maintain electronic document storage.
- Document new procedures with SOP’s.
- Create and maintain monthly close checklists.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
- AA degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
