Staff Accountant; Hybrid; SAP

We are partnering with a well‑established organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys owning key accounting processes, participating in month‑end close activities, and supporting financial reporting and analysis in a collaborative environment.

• Support all aspects of full‑cycle accounting and general ledger activities.
• Participate in the month‑end and quarter‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and account analysis.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Review employee expense reports and assist with expense management processes.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed.
• Assist with inventory, tax, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and support business initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month‑end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing, co‑op, consumer products, distribution, or similar operational environment.
• Experience working with SAP ERP.
• Experience using Concur Expense Management.
• Exposure to inventory accounting, internal controls, audits, or financial reporting.
