Staff Accountant; Hybrid; SAP

We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys owning key accounting processes, participating in month-end close activities, and supporting financial reporting and analysis in a collaborative environment.

• Support all aspects of full-cycle accounting and general ledger activities.
• Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close process
  , including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and account analysis.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Review employee expense reports and assist with expense management processes.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed.
• Assist with inventory, tax, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and support business initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close
  , account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing, co-op, consumer products, distribution, or similar operational environment

• Experience working with SAP ERP

• Experience using Concur Expense Management

• Exposure to inventory accounting, internal controls, audits, or financial reporting.

• Strong Pay: $69,000-$79,000+/annually
• Hybrid schedule – onsite only Tuesday through Thursday
