TEMPORARY PART-TIME OPERATIONS SPECIALIST About this position
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role offers a consistent morning schedule, making it a great fit for someone seeking steady, daytime hours in a professional office setting.
Schedule:
25 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 7AM - 12PM
Location:
fully in office - Edina, MN
Duration: through Dec 2026
Accountabilities/Responsibilities- Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing
- Extract and review checks/remittance documents for accuracy
- Enter payment and account data into systems with high attention to detail
- Follow security procedures and meet daily processing deadlines
- Prepare and distribute daily reports
- Assist with assigned special projects

Requirements Education, Experience and Skills- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or clerical duties
- Familiarity with MS Office programs
- Strong time management
