The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Edina, MN. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and team members. Daily responsibilities include managing the front desk area, handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, scheduling and confirming reservations for conference rooms or meetings, and maintaining a professional, welcoming reception environment.
The Front Desk Representative will also provide general administrative support such as updating visitor logs, assisting with basic office coordination, and communicating promptly and courteously with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to complete general data entry.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Desk operations, including welcoming visitors, managing sign-ins, and handling inquiries.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette, including answering, routing, and documenting calls in a clear and courteous manner.
- Experience managing Reservations such as meeting rooms, visitor appointments, or shared spaces.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, calendar tools, and office productivity software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
