Product Solutions Manager

• Develop and execute product strategies that support Customer Engagement & Growth priorities.
• Lead the full lifecycle of consumer and commercial banking products.
• Identify product opportunities through market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Build product roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulations, and customer needs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and KPIs with cross functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Organizational Development (OD), Compliance, IT, and frontline teams to deliver and support products.
• Manage product launches, including training, communications, and go to market plans.
• Communicate product direction and progress to senior leadership.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• Define target customer segments and personas to guide positioning and messaging.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to drive enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols.
• Coordinate operational changes tied to new or updated products.
• Maintain product documentation and reporting for performance, profitability, and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred); a minimum of 7 years in banking with direct experience in product management, marketing, or operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial and/or treasury management solutions and how they support business clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience using data and insights to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship building skills.
