  • Works closely with product and change control teams to ensure quality deliverables and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Creates and maintains documentation, including system, process, and support materials defined as critical by the organization.
  • Guides requirements activities across teams, supporting diverse business processes and software implementations with varying levels of risk and complexity.
  • Applies advanced business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices to deliver strategic value across applications and domains.
  • Identifies root causes of issues across systems and processes, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Leads process improvement initiatives and influences adoption of best practices across teams and the business analyst community.
  • Analyzes business plans, metrics, and reporting to identify requirements, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Supports additional activities as needed, including testing, roadmap planning, and deployment coordination.
Requirements What are the must-have qualifications for a candidate?
  • Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., clear, testable, actionable).
  • Advanced analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assignments through completion.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and lead change with positive influence.
  • Proficient with business analysis practices and requirements lifecycle execution.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of databases and data models with the ability to write basic SQL queries.
What will our ideal candidate have?
  • Seven or more years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Five or more years of business analyst experience across multiple domains and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
