ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Follows quality control processes and can translate those process points to questions, actions and follow‑up
- Reviews and compares Sponsor EDC/ IVRS data and verifies within Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Reviews and responds to CTMS data quality requests and incidents from internal and external users
- Maintains systems/ applications by researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity and security
- Uses internal/external applications to conduct, review and report on data quality control checks
- Provides reference for team by writing clear documentation; providing support and help
- Contribute as a team member on special projects as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned include but are not limited to:
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone and in email
- Lead or assist with special projects and duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years experience performing quality control and/or compliance monitoring required
- Minimum 3 years experience translating monitoring data into executive summary level business metrics required
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Tableau, research databases (i.e. RAVE, Medidata), Clinical Trial Management Systems required; 3 or more years of experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames is preferred
- Proven self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational critical thinking and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Travel required, less than 10%
- Flexible weekly work schedule: This will vary and is based on current business needs

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00-$76,000.00 per year.
