The Business Services Coordinator provides operational support for the Accessibility Practice by coordinating proposals, quotes, request intake, and project tracking. The role helps keep workflows organized, ensures complete project information is collected, and supports efficient assignment and project execution.
Core Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for accessibility service requests from internal teams.
- Prepare and coordinate quotes and proposals using approved templates and fee guidelines.
- Track incoming requests, proposal status, deadlines, fees, and follow-up activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain required project intake information.
- Follow up on missing information and ensure requests are complete before routing.
- Coordinate project intake and provide assignment teams with accurate request details.
- Maintain visibility of proposal activity, workloads, deadlines, and project status.
- Escalate scope, fee, schedule, staffing, or technical questions to practice leadership.
- Support consistent workflows and efficient project assignment processes.
- The Business Services Coordinator supports intake and routing but does not independently select technical staff or override workload and assignment decisions made by the designated intake owner.
- The position does not perform technical accessibility assessments, code interpretation, technical quality control, or final technical review.
- Experience in business services, project coordination, proposal coordination, operations, or a similar support role
- Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-ups in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability toidentifymissing information, follow through consistently, and elevate appropriately
- Comfort working with relationship managers, project managers, technical professionals, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn internal proposal, project, and tracking systems
- Sound judgment when handling client-sensitive information, competing priorities, and incomplete requests
Salary between $50,000-$65,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
