SummaryThe Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of Client’s CE (Consumer Electronics) business.
It will require strong relationship building with Client’s retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This rolewill actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work toprovide analysis that is concise and actionable.
Amajor responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning,Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners.
Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis allwhile measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.
- Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
- Buildand communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manageand measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Mustbe comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
- Mustbe comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 5+years of experience in Planning/Forecasting
- Strong analytical & communication skills

Areasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $32 to $36/hour
