Job Description

A growing general contractor is seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Review contracts, change orders, and pay applications
• Lead project meetings and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multifamily or commercial construction project management experience
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
• Experience with ground-up and renovation multifamily projects
• Exposure to wood-frame, podium, or concrete multifamily construction preferred
