Multifamily Construction Project Leader

Job Description

A leading general contractor is on the lookout for a Multifamily Construction Project Leader to take charge of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee multifamily projects from preconstruction through to final closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and refine project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, and pay applications meticulously.
• Lead productive project meetings while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily or commercial construction project management.
• Strong skills in financial management, scheduling, and contract oversight.
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation multifamily projects is essential.
• Familiarity with wood-frame, podium, or concrete multifamily construction methods is preferred.
