Sheetmetal Foreman

The Crew Facility Maintenance is an established specialty contractor in the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Building Service areas fields of construction. The Crew is looking for a general Sheet metal foreman to join its growing mechanical team. The position is as follows:

• Assist the Operations department in the oversight of all HVAC construction projects as assigned.
• Assist, develop and lead HVAC construction staff on specific projects as assigned by the Operations Department with direct collaboration of the project team.
• Maintain a well-trained team per project that is up to date on new technology, use tools and materials properly and provide each customer with quality workmanship.
• Perform professional level HVAC work; effectively estimate project hours for specific services as it comes to construction project completion and timelines in collaboration with Operation and Sales Team.
• Work with customers and team to provide technical support, resolve issues, and provide HVAC product maintenance as it relates to the direct project(s) assigned.
• Operate and become efficient with the electronic work order system to include but not limited to Service reports and documentation as required by management, electronic time-keeping, project cost documentation, and other internal measures as linked to the electronic system in collaboration to effectively deliver construction projects as assigned.
• Be able communicate help for task(s) at hand with specific HVAC project(s) as needed to ensure greater levels of success.
• Communicate with direct management on daily schedule and specific project operations of needs/requirements in order to obtain greater success for the department and for the project(s) as assigned.
• Complete proper construction job site prep, take-off management, and other day-to-day operational project workflow as needed to deliver the project assigned to the greatest level of success.
• Be able to lift, walk, stoop.
• Assist in misc. assignments/duties as it relates to the HVAC department as assigned by Operations.
