This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Edina, MN. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing efficient and professional customer support, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by handling interactions with professionalism and dedication, contributing to the overall engagement and loyalty of customers.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Experience to deliver high-quality service
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are an advantage
