Job Overview
Support Specialist – provides administrative support to underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions into established systems while supporting the Underwriting Team. Full‑time position with hourly compensation.
Responsibilities- Enter new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Maintain accurate and current records in designated systems.
- Update routine reports and understand information.
- Manually rate all lines of coverage, including non‑automated and infrequent coverages as needed.
- Document indexing and incoming/outgoing mailroom duties.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Seek relevant information and answer key questions from defined sources.
- Gather input and make recommendations to solve problems of moderate complexity.
- Apply knowledge to solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
- Consistently act according to our customer experience standards, including responding quickly, maintaining a positive attitude, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing the customer’s expectations, using the proper communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure the customer’s issue is resolved.

Salary: $20.00 per hour.
