Position Summary
The LT Recovery Coordinator delivers the highest customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of LT Recovery products and services. The coordinator also manages day‑by‑day operations of the LT Recovery space and client accounts, anticipates member needs, maximizes scheduling productivity, and assists the Life Clinic Coordinator when needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- LT Recovery Daily Operations – open and close the LT Recovery space, maintain the cleaning schedule, ensure equipment and products are "like new" and submit repair work orders as needed, order supplies, and stay knowledgeable of products and services offered within LT Recovery.
- LT Recovery Front Desk Operations – answer phone calls and voicemail, check members in and out, schedule and confirm appointments, use professional email for communication, process client paperwork and file management, handle transaction payments, and manage client accounts.
- Member Engagement – greet members with a warm professional greeting, develop relationships with members and guests, own LT Recovery events and communications, and assist members with equipment setup.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in office management or customer service.
- Knowledge or certification in exercise and sports science.
- Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
- Customer service experience.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
- Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in a clinic office or customer service based job.
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and paying up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
