Guest Service Associate (JN - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Salary: USD
21 - USD
22 per hour
Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join a growing travel coordination team that specializes in creating unforgettable travel experiences for guests across the country.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, front desk, reception, administrative support, senior living, healthcare reception, call center, travel, or guest services who are looking to grow their career in a professional office environment.
What You'll Do- Answer high-volume inbound calls (30–50 calls per day)
- Assist guests with travel reservations and booking support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Guide travelers through passport, visa, and international travel requirements
- Assist clients with uploading and verifying travel documentation
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
- Research and communicate travel updates and requirements
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Provide world-class customer service throughout the travel experience
- Manage multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- Escalate and resolve complex customer issues when needed
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
