OBXtek is currently seeking a Modular Missions Payloads Senior Analyst for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8).
Position DescriptionManages loitering munitions and modular mission payload programs, providing technical analysis on mission employment, payload interoperability, targeting integration, and sustainment. Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing performance, affordability, operational risk, legal and safety considerations, and industrial base impacts. Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2
COM, ARSTAF, Program Managers, and legal and safety stakeholders to align payload modularity, integration standards, and fielding strategies.
Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance.
Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
- Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability. Proficient in evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems. Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data-driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization.
