Project Coordinator

Duration: 12 Months contract with extensions

Location: Edina, MN 55435

Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday

Work Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Approximately 70% office / 30% field work

Local travel required; mileage reimbursed after training.

Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced candidate to support electric distribution design and project management activities.
• This hybrid role involves managing projects from initial customer request through completion while coordinating with engineering, operations, construction teams, and customers. The position offers a mix of office-based design work and field experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution design projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections (approximately 30% field work).
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, permits, and project records.
• Support construction activities and ensure projects meet safety and design standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical distribution, GIS, project management, construction, or utilities.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
