Location: Edina, MN (This is an on-site role requiring on-site presence in MN weekly – only local residents of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin will be eligible for consideration)
Compensation: $25-$31.25/hr
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Business-to-Business (B2B) Collections Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization. This role is strictly focused on commercial / trade credit collections — not consumer or debt collections. The ideal candidate has direct experience collecting on business accounts, managing trade receivables, resolving invoice disputes, and partnering with internal sales teams to recover outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities- Manage B2B commercial collections for trade customers
- Contact business customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances
- Review and release orders on credit hold
- Resolve disputed invoices and documentation discrepanciesli>
- Fulfill customer requests for invoice and payment documentation
- Partner with internal business teams to address delinquent accounts
- Work within multiple ERP systems to track aging and collection activity
- Minimum 1+ years of B2B / commercial trade credit collections experience (required)
- Experience collecting from business accounts (not consumer debt collections)
- Experience working within ERP systemsli>
- Ability to manage multiple systems and customer accounts simultaneously
