Our Financial Planner Residency Program is a unique 3‑year career track designed for motivated professionals who want to become lead advisors. Residents gain direct client‑facing experience, mentorship from seasoned CFP® professionals, and progressive responsibility year over year.

• Support lead advisors with client meeting preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑up
• Learn firm processes, planning tools, and client service standards
• Build technical knowledge in investments, tax, insurance, retirement, and estate planning

• Begin presenting portions of financial plans and recommendations in client meetings
• Manage financial plan updates and scenario modeling
• Develop stronger specialization in planning areas (retirement income, tax strategies, estate planning, etc.)
• Take a lead role in planning projects and internal case design

• Lead select client relationships under supervision
• Deliver full financial plans and manage client reviews
• Refine business development skills and learn client acquisition strategies
• Prepare to graduate into a permanent Financial Advisor position with the firm

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or related field
• CFP® certification completed or in progress (required within residency)
• 1–3 years of financial planning or client service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑first mindset
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• A passion for building a career as a Financial Advisor

• Competitive salary ($50,000 – $80,000, depending on experience)
