Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs of individuals and small‑business clients.
- Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists.
- Deepen client relationships through platform services, supporting self‑service or transactional activities.
- Provide exceptional client care, proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and conducting consistent follow‑up routines.
- Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
- Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
- Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
- Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
- Or, one of the following:
Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, Credit Solutions Advisor I, or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist at Bank of America for at least six months. - Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on client results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable with in‑person and phone interactions.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to adapt to new information and changing circumstances.
- Effective time‑management skills, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Notary commission either held or obtainable in the state of employment within a few months of start date.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours; ability to travel to any financial‑center location within a reasonable distance.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Retail or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
- Experience managing individual or team goals with consistent success.
- Knowledge of banking products and services; strong computer skills (Microsoft applications, laptop technology).
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st Shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
Pay & IncentivesHourly rate: $25.00 – $31.37, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities.
