Job Profile

The bank is hiring a Loan Documentation Specialist who will work directly with the internal partners (sales, compliance), customers, and vendors to provide superior customer service.

Helps to serve as a dependable financial service provider to a variety of industries across the United States.

Education Level
  • Associate’s Degree preferred with a minimum 3 years of experience in the leasing industry
Work Experience
  • Possess work-related experience
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the sales and other internal departments in the lease preparation process
  • Maintain specialized knowledge of the documentation department’s function, terminology, policies and procedures, and related laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Maintain transaction information and enter it into the lease management system (Sales Force)
  • Manage daily customer requests and transaction maintenance, including follow-up on open vendor invoices, any missing documentation, requesting proof of insurance, as well as processing payments to vendors
  • Responsible for the accurate, timely, and complete preparation of lease documents, which are generated using Drawloop within our Sales Force CRM
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
  • Advanced organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong time‑management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office software with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel;
    Sales Force experience (preferred)
  • Take initiative, think outside the box, and effectively manage priorities
