This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Audiologist, located in Edina, MN. The Clinical Audiologist will perform diagnostic audio logic evaluations, interpret test results, and provide personalized hearing health plans. Responsibilities include the fitting, programming, and management of hearing aids, as well as patient education on hearing health and assistive listening devices. The role also involves interdisciplinary collaboration with ENT physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The ideal candidate will maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in diagnostic audio logic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, programming, and follow-up care
- Ability to educate patients effectively on hearing health, hearing aid use, and assistive listening technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and build patient trust
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or master’s degree in Audiology and active state licensure
- Commitment to providing patient-focused and high-quality audiological care
- Previous experience in an ENT setting or familiarity with adult and pediatric audiology is a plus
