As a live‑in caregiver, you will reside in the home as your primary residence
, living alongside the individual you support. This is not a shift‑based or overnight role—this is a shared living environment where your day‑to‑day life is part of the home.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

If full hours are not available within the home, we will work with you to identify additional part‑time or full‑time hours supporting other individuals within Inclusion Factor or Melody Cares, based on your availability and preferences.

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and self‑directed
• Ability to pass background checks
