In this role, you'll deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. Whether you're a certified personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, kinesiology graduate, athletic trainer, or movement specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building lasting client relationships in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do- Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.
- Educate clients on flexibility, posture, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Track client progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
- Recommend ongoing wellness plans and membership options when appropriate.
- Create an exceptional client experience through professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
- Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates to deliver a seamless wellness experience.
- Certification or education in personal training, stretch therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, athletic training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
