We are hiring a Night Auditor! The overnight shift operates independently, handling front desk duties, closing the business, and ensuring guest safety.

• Process credit card transactions for the day, including restaurant, events, and lounge charges.
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, and manage reservations.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
• Perform Check‑in and Check‑out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from day shifts.
• Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set‑up if needed.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.

• Prior experience with PEP Hilton System preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work semi‑independently during overnight hours.
