City of Edina is hiring a Birthday Party Coordinator for Edinborough Park and the Edina Aquatic Center. You will manage bookings from start to finish, coordinate packages, food, decor, and facility rules, and guide staff to deliver memorable celebrations.
Evening and weekend availability is required; you will train staff, handle guest communications, monitor reservations using Civic Rec and POS systems, and work with the Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest
