About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill is partnering with a global professional services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, driving talent initiatives, and supporting employees across a diverse organization.

The HR Business Partner will support both client‑facing and corporate teams while serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and will oversee one HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic and day‑to‑day HR support across multiple business functions.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and development programs.
  • Manage and mentor an HR Generalist while ensuring strong HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and business growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and employment law.
  • Experience supporting both customer‑facing and corporate employee populations preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • HR certification is a plus.
