Our Technology Solutions Group is seeking internal interest for a Customer Technology Manager. The Customer Technology Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of SaaS solutions to our customers and is the liaison between our Client Services (sales/marketing) team and our technology team.
Responsibilities Include- Working directly with our customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of data, definition of web site content, and clarification of customer reporting needs.
- Documenting customer requirements for projects and communicating those requirements and customer expectations to the technical development team.
- Recognizing the need for proactive communication and maintaining consistency in daily correspondence.
- Developing project technical timelines and collaborating with the technical team to meet those timelines.
- Set clear expectations with both internal and external customers.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client programs and assess the effects of changes on downstream processes and integrations with other systems.
- Coordinating on‑going program operations including project promotion setup, content updates, and web site testing with the project operations team.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with both our clients and internal teams.
- Effectively collaborate with the team and other business units.
- Suggesting innovative solutions or ideas to customers that will enhance their projects and boost revenue.
- Proactively identify process improvements with a focus on accuracy, proficiency, and effective validation.
- Managing the program budget, including implementing system or process efficiencies.
- Manage your workload independently and delegate tasks appropriately and effectively.
- BA/BS degree; highly preferred.
- 2‑3 years of business analysis experience in a project‑oriented environment.
- Previous experience with relational database structures.
- Qualified candidates will have effective leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
