We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to drive key corporate technology initiatives, focusing on the buildout and enhancement of our Net Suite ERP platform and the development of custom applications that support our manufacturing operations. This role requires a balance of hands‑on technical execution, architecture alignment, and team leadership—working cross‑functionally with internal team members and strategic external partners.

The ideal candidate is a versatile full‑stack developer with proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across platforms and systems.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task assignments, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks or delays.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and project execution.

• Lead cross‑functional teams of internal developers and partner resources.
• Translate architectural requirements and business needs into technical tasks and execution plans.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 15+ years of development experience with deep expertise in enterprise architecture and systems integration.
• Proven leadership in architectural design and strategy, driving the development of scalable, secure systems that align with business goals.
