JOB SUMMARY

The Vice President, Information Technology is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide technology vision and strategy for the company's retail, production, distribution, and corporate operations. This role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, directing all aspects of information technology, including infrastructure, business systems, application development, information security, and IT support, while ensuring technology investments align with and accelerate business strategy, operational efficiency, and the customer experience.

The VP owns the IT capital and operating budget, leads a multi-disciplinary IT organization, and is accountable for the reliability, security, and scalability of technology systems that support the company's operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, contributing to long-range business planning and identifying technology-driven opportunities to strengthen brand position, customer experience, and operational performance
  • Own and direct the company's overall IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap, ensuring hardware, software, and systems investments meet current and future business needs in a scalable, cost-effective manner
  • Partner with business unit leaders across retail, production, distribution, and corporate functions to assess technology needs and deliver solutions that support operational goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions, including digital and omnichannel capabilities, that differentiate the company's brand and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Lead the enterprise-wide re-architecture of the company's data ecosystem, establishing a modern, scalable data architecture that consolidates and organizes data across retail, production, distribution, and corporate systems
  • Establish enterprise data governance standards, including data ownership, quality, integrity, security, and lifecycle management, ensuring data is trusted, consistent, and reliable across the organization
  • Champion a data-driven decision-making culture, partnering with business leaders to identify high-value use cases where data and analytics can accelerate and improve strategic and operational decisions
