This role serves as the strategic owner and day-to-day administrator of the Hub Spot platform. It is critical to ensuring Hub Spot is optimized to support sales effectiveness, pipeline visibility, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate is both technically strong in Hub Spot and business-minded, with the ability to translate sales and marketing needs into scalable CRM solutions, as well as a strong understanding and utilization of AI to enhance sales processes and communications.
Job DescriptionAs the Hub Spot Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and evolution of the Hub Spot platform. Working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership, you will translate business needs into practical CRM solutions, streamline processes through automation, and ensure teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to succeed. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive measurable business impact.
